REG 05.25.01 – SHRA Employee Performance Pay Dispute Resolution (Repealed)
This regulation was repealed on May 1, 2014. The State of NC General Assembly enacted legislation updating matters related to SPA employee grievances and requiring a uniform grievance process for all SPA employees. Please refer to NCSU REG 05.00.03 - Employees Subject to the State Human Resources Act.
