Questions and suggestions about the PRR website should be directed to the Site Administrator. Questions regarding a particular policy, regulation, or rule should be directed to the Source Department noted in each policy, regulation, and rule.


This website includes Board of Trustee policies, as well as regulations and rules (PRRs) issued by university administrators pursuant to delegated authority. All PRRs are subject to change from time to time as approved by the Board of Trustees, Chancellor or Chancellor’s designee. This website is updated periodically.

In addition to this website, PRRs are also found in various handbooks, brochures and other university publications. To the extent of any conflict between the PRR found on this website and the PRR found in handbooks, brochures or other university publications, the PRR as listed on this website is the official version.
