PRR Revision Resources

PRR revisions begin with the Responsible Official either on a regular review cycle or as other changes arise that necessitate revisions. The revision moves from a draft through a consultation and approval process until it is approved and published on the policy website.

Templates

When submitting a PRR for revision, please include two documents. (1) A completed routing sheet followed by a redlined document comparing the original PRR with the revised version. This document should show changes, but be free from comments. (2) A clean version of the proposed PRR revision without page numbers or repeating footers.

Guidelines

Refer to the NC State Style Guidelines for official names, abbreviations and grammar to be used when writing and revising PRRs for uniformity.
