RUL 11.56.01 - Greek Court Social Event Rule for NC State University Fraternities and Sororities Hosting Social Events 2014-07-18 13:40 Revised to broaden the scope of risk management oversight from strictly facilities in Greek Village (while updating the name from Greek Court) and updates expectations as to the provision of alcohol at social events. REG 05.25.02 - SPA Grievance and Appeal (Repealed) 2014-06-06 11:44 This regulation was repealed on May 1, 2014. The State of North Carolina General Assembly enacted legislation updating matters related to SPA employee grievances and requiring a uniform grievance process for all SPA employees. In the past, each state agency and campus established its own grievance process. The UNC system established a single grievance process for all its constituent institutions, which was approved by the State Human Resources Commission. This regulation is being repealed to reflect the UNC System’s uniform SPA grievance policy and additional modernization to the Office of State Human Resources (OSHR).
