REG 11.55.02 - Outdoor Assemblies, Events, and Public Addresses 2015-01-08 10:49 The Division of Academic and Student Affairs seeks revision to REG 11.55.02, Outdoor Assemblies, Events, and Public Addresses to include:(a) information on how to reserve outdoor areas on Centennial Campus; (b) to incorporate the name change of SORC to Student Involvement, and to update website information for this unit; (c) changing the notice requirement for all outdoor assemblies, events, or public addresses from 2 to 3 University Business days.
REG 11.55.07 - Registered Student Organizations: Regulation for Undergraduate Student Leadership, Membership, and Registration 2015-01-07 16:24 The Division of Academic and Student Affairs seeks revision of REG 11.55.07, Registered Student Organizations to include: (a) Requiring student organizations to have at least six (6) members in order to be eligible for registration; (b) Requiring all registered student organizations to have an advisor, who may be a graduate student, NC State faculty or staff member; (c) Reformatting the structure of the regulation so that it is more user-friendly; and (d) Updating to reflect current practices.

POL 05.20.02 - Emeritus/Emerita Faculty Status for Faculty and Senior Administrators 2014-12-02 14:10 Revised (added what is now section II.3) to clarify the responsibilities and privileges for senior administrators given this honorific title. (This came about based on a question relative to a recent administrator who retired. The way the regulation was previously organized it wasn't clear what the administrators got relative to the faculty.)
REG 01.20.02 - Delegation of Authority to Sign Contracts 2014-12-02 11:55 Revised to grant signature authority to the Vice Chancellor for Information Technology to handle certain types of software and technology transactions that are required to conduct business of behalf of OIT. See new section 4.7.2.19.

RUL 05.67.410 - Sociology and Anthropology - Departmental Reappointment,Promotion and Tenure Standards and Procedures 2014-10-15 12:57 The rule has been revised to remove CALS references; to include language that would not penalize inter-disciplinary nor extension/engagement work, and to list in order the value of different types of publications for promotion.
REG 05.20.05 - Consultation and Written Assessments, Recommendations and Responses in RPT Review 2014-10-15 12:31 Revised Section 5.2.2 revised to include that external reviewers should be full Professors and if not an explanation should be given.
